This episode has the most changes. I'm afraid this makes the diff a bit harder to read directly too - sorry! Might be easier to open up the file on this branch and Cmd+F for 'challenge' to see the new challenge placements.
Might have overdone it a bit - perhaps it is better sometimes to review several concepts at once with back-to-back challenges. Would appreciate thoughts!
Addresses #165. No content was removed or added - just moved the placement of exercises in each episode. This touches nearly every episode so feedback is more than welcome!
I tried to consider lesson flow and what might be good timing for formative assessments, but in some episodes felt it was better to leave 2-3 exercises for the very end.
